Dr. Khorakiwala has been in the business of facilitating behavior
change since 1981. We understand and have worked first-hand
with adult human behavior and its context. As a licensed psychologist
in California, Dr. Khorakiwala has specialized training in human
behavior, assessment, interpersonal issues and problem-solving.
We can elegantly tap into psychologically complicated dynamics
among senior leaders, or dismantle complex obstacles in a business's
succession planning process, or any aspect of running
a company that entails performance and behavioral issues. We
share our psychological sophistication by helping produce enhanced
mastery in a senior executive's relationship with themselves,
or interpersonally, or in their management and leadership skills.
- How
is this different from Coaching?
Currently there
are no consumer-protected regulations for coaching.
Anyone can call themselves a coach. Coaches vary in their respective
educational backgrounds and industry they come from. While "coaching"
is a relatively new industry that emerged in the early 1990's,
the psychology and science of human behavior extends to more
than the last 100 years
We at MeemBay come from the core discipline of the behavioral
sciences. While some of what we do involves coaching, our
clients get the benefit of our specialized psychological training
and expertise, with tens of thousands of hours of first hand
experience with understanding and changing human behavior.
Finally, we don't engage in superficial consultation methodologies.
Or, something repackaged with a modernized quasi-scientific
set of tools.

With the exception
of on-line assessment tools, virtually all our services are
performed face-to-face.
We pride ourselves on bringing value to our customers. We may
spend a good deal of our time - without charge, before we take
